Bronson Beef Co. also sells live heifers, steers, and weaned calves. With a minimum of 93% Waygu blood, our cattle exceed thresholds that set the pure-blood standard. Our cattle enjoy free-range grazing fields which afford them a diet of 5 species of grass and 2 clovers, and are not given antibiotics, steroids, supplements, or growth hormones.
